How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to delete your data from Starvio, you can request complete removal of your account and all associated data by following the steps below.

Option 1: Email Us Directly

Send an email to info@starvio.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your registered phone number
  • Your business name (if applicable)

Option 2: Contact Us via the Website

Visit our Contact page and submit a data deletion request through the form. Please mention "Data Deletion" in your message.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete the following data within 30 days:

  • Your account information (name, email, phone number)
  • Your business profile and settings
  • All customer data you uploaded or entered
  • Message logs and delivery records
  • Review funnel responses and feedback data
  • Subscription and billing records (except as required by law)

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully removed.

Third-Party Data

Please note that some data may have been shared with third-party services (Firebase, WhatsApp Business API, Razorpay) as part of providing the service. We will initiate deletion with these providers where applicable. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
