Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account starts with a free 7-day trial that includes all Growth plan features. No credit card needed. At the end of the trial, pick a plan or your account pauses — no surprise charges.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account pauses automatically. No charges, no data loss. You can activate a paid plan anytime from your dashboard to resume sending review requests.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Growth anytime and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties either way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay — India's leading payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — Starvio is billed month-to-month so you can cancel anytime with zero commitment. Annual plans with a discount are on our roadmap.
What counts as a 'review request'?
Each WhatsApp message sent to a customer counts as one review request. Follow-up reminders (Growth plan) count as a separate request. QR code scans that trigger an automatic message also count as one request.
