1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Starvio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who register for an account.

2. Description of Service

Starvio is a SaaS platform that helps businesses collect Google reviews by sending automated WhatsApp messages to their customers. The Service includes a Smart Review Funnel that routes customer feedback privately or to Google depending on their rating, a performance dashboard, and customer management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@starvio.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Starvio offers a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (Starter at ₹499/month or Growth at ₹999/month).
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice to your registered email.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam) to individuals who have not interacted with your business.
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or any applicable telecom regulations, including TRAI guidelines.
• Upload or process sensitive personal data such as financial account numbers, health records, or government ID numbers.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Your Data & Customer Data

You retain ownership of your business data and your customers' contact information. By using the Service, you grant Starvio a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your customers before sending them WhatsApp messages through Starvio.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Starvio platform — including the software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Starvio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that WhatsApp messages will be delivered in all cases (delivery depends on Meta and the recipient's device).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
